VINO DI VISCIOLE SERAFINO
A beverage with unique characteristics. Aromatic and original. Ideal paired with desserts in general, chocolate‑based sweets, and medium‑intensity chocolate. “Il Serafino” cherry wine is one of the traditional products of the Marche region, particularly of Montefeltro. Already mentioned by the biographer of Duke Federico II of Montefeltro, it is obtained from the fermentation of visciole cherries (Prunus cerasus, austera variety) with sugar. The ingredients are placed in sealed containers for fermentation at controlled temperature.

The sparkling wine shows a golden color with pink hues. The bubbles are fine and fairly persistent. The nose opens intensely, recalling fragrant roses, geranium, and lilac. On the palate it is warm, fresh, slightly tannic, and with excellent persistence. Perfect with salmon‑and‑butter crostini, meat‑ or fish‑based first courses. Serving temperature: 12–14°C.
