A traditional‑method rosé extra brut made from Sangiovese grown in the Strabuzzoni vineyard. This sparkling wine embodies the desire of Malerba and its two winemakers to express their exceptional Sangiovese in a sparkling version, without forgetting its innate vocation for red wine. The liqueur de tirage is made from the same grapes used for the base wine. Harvesting is done by hand at the end of August; bottling takes place in October, followed by 42 months on the lees.
