Vaishop provides a platform through which third parties (food and wine producers) sell their products to users.

Products are sold directly by the producers.
Appetitalia provides a marketing service to producers that facilitates awareness among potential buyers, without interfering with the individual producer’s sales conditions.
Appetitalia is therefore in no way responsible for any issues related to the purchase of products.
Appetitalia is not liable for pricing matters, as prices are determined independently by the producer.
Appetitalia is not liable for delivery delays, as shipments are carried out directly by the producer through their couriers, with whom Appetitalia has no contact or relationship.
Appetitalia is not liable for any payment issues, as payments are made directly to the producer without any interference from Appetitalia.
For each order placed, reference must be made to the producer’s website or to the conditions expressed by the producer on their official information channels, and to what is stated on the product page, which is entirely the responsibility of the producer regarding the accuracy of the data and any other information provided at their request.
